GoogleRight from the very start the heart team were great from Jake doing the valuation to the team and Rebecca's endless calls to myself the solicitor and our buyer. We had countless hurdles to conquer but she helped me every step of the way I think I will miss her checking in.

GoogleI would 100% recommend using this estate agents when looking for properties. Chloe showed us round two properties we were interested in and she is very professional and friendly and knowledgeable about the properties she was showing us. GoogleWhen people say buying a house is stressful, they aren't lying! I put an offer in on a house 18 months ago and the journey to getting it has been hell. However, both Jess and Louise have been my absolute rocks. Constantly keeping me in the loop, listening to me crying, being the receiving end of my rants and fighting in my corner to try and push the sale through. It paid off. I have the house and it is largely down to these two wonderful ladies. They were professional throughout and I couldn't have asked more of them. I could not recommend working with them enough. Particular credit must go to Rebecca Pattenden, their move manager who was very good at seeing the purchase through to completion, she was very informative, friendly and helpful and nothing was too much bother for her, a real credit to the company.
