GoogleWhat can i say, After renting a place we had nothing but issues with haart. Issue Nr. 1 We didnt get told the place we are renting is going to get sold soon, after we made clear we were looking to stay for a while. We gathered this info from our landlord. Nr. 2 After promising us that this place will only be sold to other landlords and not marketed privately. The very first people visiting our house were private buyers. Nr. 3 After dealing with all of this. We had to cancel one visit on a Saturday, We had 2 visitors show up at our door, but no agent. No-one told those visitors that the visit was cancelled! Nr. 4 Today 27.09.2019 we were supposed to have a visit at 7pm, It is now 7:40, no agent in sight, no visitor in sight. Looks like no-one told us that it got cancelled. If i could choose to not use Haart ever again. I will never use them again. Nothing but issues, and apparently there is 0 communication between their staff.

GoogleHayden at Haart has been so helpful. He is friendly and happy to explain things. He has always made us feel at ease at house viewings and tried to work around our schedule. He is by far the most helpful and friendly member of staff there. He has been honest, and happy to find things out for us whilst maintaining good communication whilst looking for properties. He has always spoken professionally to us and been supportive of us finding the right home.

GoogleHaart basildon came round my to home to vaule it, they said they would email me details and cost but never heard again from them, i emailed and phoned asking for this but still didnt come back to me. Since then i told then that i wont use them as still waiting a week and half later so they can't want the job. I now gone to kingwoods estate agents in basildon and so far all good, least kingswood do as they say. Wouldnt use haart ever now and if you want to sell your home stay away from them as it wont happen

GoogleOverall, a good service. Some things could have been done quicker, for example, changing the Sold sign back to For Sale after our sale fell through took nearly 3 weeks, and it took a couple of weeks to get the house back onto rightmove, which was frustrating as we were in a rush to sell and move. However, that aside, generally speaking Mickey the manager was very good, there were a few complications with our sale due to a garage conversion, and he put a lot of work into resolving the issues himself. Communication was also generally pretty good, I got updates from Louise on a regular basis regarding everything from the point of the offer being accepted through to exchange and completion, and any queries I had (and there were a few) were answered quickly and I wasn't made to feel like I was asking stupid questions. Overall I'd say Haart were very good, and although we don't plan to move again, if we do I would use them again.

Less thn 3months. Though we were first time buyers these guys (Daniel & Hayden) really made things easier for us. They were keep updating about all the latest and was always in touch. GoogleI am currently still in the process of waiting to exchange but i cannot give enough praise to both Micky (branch manager) and Anthony (the mortgage advisor) both have gone way above and beyond their duties to help me with some very tricky parts of purchase, but regardless of where it goes from here on in (which I hope is smoothly) I cannot thank these two enough for their help, support, kindness, professionalism and dedication. sometimes things are out of our control but these two have bent over backwards to help at every twist and turn.... top blokes!

GoogleJust over a week ago, I had my house valued by Daniel Glover, Sales Manager in Basildon. i was originally going to have my house valued by other estate agents. My wife and i were so impressed with his knowledge, respect and manner, we did not seek a valuation from any other agency. Within 4 days we had an offer which we accepted. My wife and i look forward to our impending move. I have to say from Daniel, Hayden and Joshua, the professionalism, attitude and willingness to assist was first class. My wife and I were concerned that selling and buying would prove a nightmare. This was not the case. I will most certainly be recommending the estate agents of Haart and their staff. GoogleVery good service they would phone with updates every week . Very impressed with Jake when he did my valuation he came prepared and on time. He was professional, smart and knowledgeable.
