We had Jorden come round to meet us and photograph the house, she was really sensitive and compassionate as she knew we did not want to sell the house but are doing it out of necessity. 5 stars++ for our experience with Haart. We dealt directly with Daniel who from the minute he walked through our door made us feel relaxed and confident with the sale of our property. We had other valuations but Daniel definitely came across as the most reassuring and most confident about our property selling. We sold within 48 hours and couldn’t be happier. Very professional approach from day one and we was always kept update to date with the progress of the property and level of interest. Can’t fault Daniel or the haart team.

After a year of searching for a property closer to our family area having viewed over a 80 properties and being let down many times by vendors and agents. I finally came across Jess. She found me a home having listen to my requirements. Once she found a property matching my needs I was able to exchanged and complete within a quick time fram due to Jess' hard work. I found my experience working with Jess totally professional and most importantly honest and straight forward. A real blessing. She is truly and asset to the company. She is very attentive to detail and very caring. She has her clients interest at heart and not about just making a sale. I honestly believe that jess doesn't believe in just making a sale she truly wants u to find the right home. The only thing I can fault is that the office number doesn't get picked up very quickly however when I contacted jess via email she returned my call within minutes. This lady is an absolute gem. What can i say, After renting a place we had nothing but issues with haart. Issue Nr. 1 We didnt get told the place we are renting is going to get sold soon, after we made clear we were looking to stay for a while. We gathered this info from our landlord. Nr. 2 After promising us that this place will only be sold to other landlords and not marketed privately. The very first people visiting our house were private buyers. Nr. 3 After dealing with all of this. We had to cancel one visit on a Saturday, We had 2 visitors show up at our door, but no agent. No-one told those visitors that the visit was cancelled! Nr. 4 Today 27.09.2019 we were supposed to have a visit at 7pm, It is now 7:40, no agent in sight, no visitor in sight. Looks like no-one told us that it got cancelled. If i could choose to not use Haart ever again. I will never use them again. Nothing but issues, and apparently there is 0 communication between their staff.

Travelled over an hour for a viewing, waited 50 minutes and no one turned up. Made several telephone calls to the agent, to be advised all they could do was send an email of high important and someone would get back to us, of course no one bothered to call us back. Complete waste of our time, will certainly not recommend these agents - no wonder this property has been up for sale for so long if agents don’t turn up to arranged viewings! Asked to speak to a manger to complain and again provided with excuses!
