GoogleGo elsewhere. Greg the manager lied to us from day 1. Pressured us in to selling to someone who didn't have the funds and took our house off the market when we clearly stated we wanted it to remain on the market. Waiting weeks for call back and saying Greg wasn't in the office when I was outside the store and saw him. I wouldn't sell through douglas Allan even if it was free. Please stay away, these are the kinda people that give estate agents a bad name. I requested all calls which was agreed then just ignored. GO TO ANY OTHER ESTATE AGENTS

First I have bought a house in Loughton through the Loughton office and they have delivered a very professional service from the first viewing to handing the keys over to me. Then I needed a rental valuation through the Lettings office in Basildon and Joanna has been very professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend Douglas Allen as one of the best agents I have dealt with.

Michelle and Chelsey were absolutely fantastic in helping us in not just the moving aspects, getting the viewings rightly screened and checked but in also the post agreed sale activities. Even going as far to talk to our solicitor when we got stuck with some of the legal nuances that you're just expected to know. Absolutely fantastic service and made a very stressful event just that little bit more tolerable

GoogleWell these guys worked hard to try and find me everything i wanted in a new home , i am fussy and i knew all that i wanted to find in the right home , so proactive with their emails text keeping me up-to-date with new properties that came out to suit most of my needs , unfortunately i didnt get a place with them but would 100% recommend them thanks luke .
