Really understanding our perspective and offering advise on how we could optimize the space available. He also drove us from one viewing to another offering insights on the surrounding area. If you need to sell your house use this agency. Our house was on the market for 9 months already when we contracted them. They were very friendly and explained clearly what are they going to do to sell our house quickly. We were kept up to date using their website feedback information, and they managed to find us a buyer in 3 months. Greg and Chelsea were amazing guiding us through the whole process. We have used Douglas Allan Basilidon on many occassions, using them to buy and sell property. We have recently sold a house. Greg Wade (manager) came to view the house and advised us on the value and selling options ( we had researched the prices locally and was glad that Greg valued it realistically ). The viewings were trouble free, and we were kept informed of all the offers.
