GoogleWe was on with Douglas Allan, dealing mainly with Luke and Greg. They done our viewings and on the portal they give you can track down how the viewings went. Communication is outstanding to, all though we didn’t sell with them. I can highly recommend them.

GoogleA big thank you to all the team especially to Joanna, Jodie and Jemma. From first viewing to now they have made the experience very friendly and positive. Even when we was having some troubles with ID referencing they was first on hand to give us other options always with a quick response time and patience. The process as a whole has been fast pace and easy to follow, with step by step instructions and lots of information given. We would recommend to first time renters ! Thank you again ! GoogleI have nothing but good things to say about my selling experience with Douglas Allen Basildon. Greg Wade has exceeded my expectations with his professionalism and know how. His pro active attitude to selling my flat had an open house date agreed weeks after my decision to sell with multiple people booked in to view. After only a number of days he was in contact with them and negotiated a price I was very happy to accept. He didn't sell me a dream, he sold me a promise to sell my property quickly and for a price I'd be happy with. He definitely delivered on this and I couldn't recommend them and him more.

GoogleWorst people you can ever do business with. They tricked me into renting a house claiming the bathtub was under repairs whereas it was all a lie. Bathub didn't have a cover and had protruding nails that caused injury to my family many times. I sent several emails showing the hazards in the apartment, they wouldn't even respond to emails on time let alone making any effort to repair anything. The apartment that they let out to me was dilapidated with protruding moulds and leaking roof. I complained for 12 months but absolutely nothing was done, doors were bad, the roof was leaking, the toilet drain was smelly.. I regret ever having anything with Douglas Allen. I still haven't recovered from the trauma of what I went through while staying in the house they let out to me. On top of everything, they were all out to get the best out of my deposit rather than feel any remorse for what they put me through. I had a terrible experience I wouldn't wish my enemy.

Great communication from start to finish, multiple offers from one set of viewings and the house was let without any problems a long the way. GoogleNice people but you really don't need to call us relentlessly. If we find a property we want to view with you we will call you. It's doing the opposite effect of what you want and making us not want to buy through you

GoogleI was helping my son whom was selling his flat. The whole of the staff at Basildon Douglas Allen plus Chelsea who is at another branch went out of their way to be helpful every step of the way. They knew of all the problems we had, I am in another country, and kept me in the loop so I could help him when I could. Highly recommended.i would particularly like to mention Caroline, Greg, Bill , Michelle and last but not least Chelsey!
