Lucy has been professional, responsive, incredibly supportive and just a lovely and helpful person. I highly recommend.

GoogleLucy Christopher has gone above and beyond to help us sell our house. It's been difficult, as we have two boys with special needs so we couldn't do viewings at certain times but this was all taken into account. She kept us informed of what was happening and with any feedback from viewers. We're even in the process of buying a house we found through this agency. Would definitely recommend them to any one else!

GoogleTo say I'm impressed is an understatement. From the get go Lucy was friendly and efficient in every need, to sell our home. She organised a open home, on the Saturday by the Monday the property had 3 offers. So just waiting for the exciting time of all completing and finding our new home. 😁😁🏡🏡

GoogleVery dissapointed in the service this time round. Property was overvalued on the strength of this we placed a deposit on our retirement property that we have now lost staff are pleasant enough they have lost our trust and £5000. We only had one viewing and had to correct the Douglas Allen staff member that the window dressings were not venitian blinds as being described but we indeed shutters. We are so very very dissapointed
