GoogleWorse Estate agent to be renting from. I have reported the same issues time and time after again and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.
Dear Motunrayo Ogunlana, Thank you for your review. We are disappointed to learn that you feel the maintenance issues raised have not been adequately addressed. Property Management of our rental properties is dealt with centrally rather than at branch level. We know that both our Customer & Property Care (CPC) Department and the landlord are fully aware of the comprehensive list of maintenance issues reported and that significant works have already been completed. Unfortunately, there are some remaining issues and we would like to reassure you that we will continue to chase and ensure that they are attended to and resolved as soon as possible. GoogleGood agency at the beginning however very slow to return deposit back which I guess the landlord was the delay.
