On the first visit from Robert he was easy to talk to he answered all my questions, then his team kicked in,the people in his office have kept me informed all the way. When Lucy turned up on my first open day it was like an angel coming to my rescue she calmed my nerves and helped though it all, then when Nick came a little later to take over he was just the same. All I can say is a big thank you to Rob and his team for helping me to sell my home and get me £61,000 over the asking price there is nothing else that I could of asked for.

Great service, Incredible Support

Having a Sales Progressing Service in itself is a great asset and one that really works. I was very fortunate to have Nicolle Eustration as my Sales Progressor. My transaction should have been easy and hassle free. There was an eager buyer and an eager seller with no chain at all. One awkward solicitor however turned this simple transaction into something more convoluted. Without Nicolle's patience, tenacity and dogged determination this transaction could have easily fallen through. Nicolle was a great support through this whole process and kept me updated throughout. Nicolle really went over and above to ensure this transaction went through. I can't recommend her and this service highly enough.

Sale of my property and purchase onwards

I had never been involved in buying and selling a property with a chain and this had 8 properties in the chain. I became aware of this from Nicolle Eustration who was acting on behalf of my sellers. However she kept me regularly updated, always called back when I left a voicemail and was even contacted on her days off to answer my queries when I had been asked to consider breaking the chain. Her experience shone through - she gave me every confidence that she knew what needed to happen to move things along and she followed this up with actions. The point of exchange last Friday was a huge relief but I felt she had been open and honest throughout the months getting to this point and although it was stressful, I had every confidence in her.

We recently completed on a property sale exactly one year after our buyer made their offer. The sale was managed by Maureen Forde and her team in the East Ham branch, who showed remarkable patience in the face of stubborn tenants, protracted legal proceedings, and occasional angry emails from me! Efficient honest competent and personable.

This company contacted me when I was searching for property and asked if I was intending to sell, would I like a valuation. Within a few days someone came to my flat, valued it and suggested terms for selling which were agreed. I was expecting viewings to go on for some weeks but the interest that was created meant that an acceptable offer was made after about a week and a half. There was some communication problem for a while but this was due to their Dalston office closing at short notice. Now things are going well and the sale is proceeding and communication is good.
