So far so good. I still in process to buy my new property but I would like to say THANK YOU to Aseena from Woodford Green office as she really helped me to find the right property. She advised me through all process and tried to provide me the best service. I found her really professional and she very good at property market. Also I would like to mention her colleagues Keith and Steve. This guys did they best to speed up whole process. Will is the mortgage advisor. He found suitable mortgage product for me so I got a chance to buy my dream home. Hopefully all will go smoothly. I will post my final though once all done and dusted!

Chingford branch,I made the mistake of going with a online agent who seem to take my money upfront and couldn’t care less after that. James came to see me and I knew he was the right person for the job. After 3 weeks lots of viewings and several offers he secured me a great price and the best thing is they are also refunding what I payed purple bricks. So it’s a win win situation for me. Also like to say that Jake and Jess and Katelin were great at keeping me updated. Couldn’t recommend the team more.

Dealt with the Ilford Branch - In particular Amer, Jack, Nabz ,John and Tanya.I must say they were very encouraging and helpful it is always difficult as a first time buyer because you just don’t know what to expect simply because it is not something you have done before. However they dealt with me with the upmost professionalism and were very polite and encouraging even when I was confused or felt like I was asking silly questions.They really set the bar high and stood out for other agents and believe it or not I brought my property through them because they were the most responsive and easiest to deal with. It is stressful enough as it is to buy a house and last thing you want to do is deal with an agent that just isn’t cutting it with the service. So to be honest if you are looking to buy or sell I definitely recommend you use these guys. They are welcoming professional & polite - they are everything an agency should be if you are selling you need staff like this who are efficient and effective to sell your property not like the other High Street agents who just don’t cut it whether it be due to their focus or customer service skills. All round great experience really exceeded expectations , stood out from all other agents I dealt with probably looked at 80 properties and put offers on Atleast 10 but no one stood out like these guys and rightly so I made my purchase through them. Great work from the Ilford Cranbrook Rd Branch!

my property to my buyer, I am so overwhelmed when I had the phone call from my sales professor, Douglas Alan agent, brilliant lady called Chelsey Baldwin.We had stuck through together rough times with delays, uncertainty, rollercoaster emotions, frustration and anger. Chelsey was very supportive, gives advice, opinions, chases throughout the day, weeks, months to update me. I was looking for house in ilford area for long time but didn't manage to find which tick all boxes if liked something couldn't secure offer on it due to this started viewing properties in different borrows. Thanks to Jat Matto who showed us property which we love to have, when requested he managed to get second viewing for us big thanks to him. We was really happy with the attentive service we received from the minute we spoke to simon about marketing our property, they organised everything and kept us informed throughout. Abbie Wilson from the Basildon office was very helpful in showing me the house and answering all my many questions. She was professional throughout and understood my need for a swift conclusion to the rental process, as I had been messed around by potential landlords who had withdrawn after holding deposits had already been paid. I needed to move in ASAP. Abbie was very good at listening to my concerns and didn't just fob me off with some scripted lines. She genuinely addressed my worries by getting in touch with the landlord (who lives abroad) and giving me thorough and professional feedback. The referencing process was very straightforward and efficiently carried out and didn't cause any delays moving in. The move-in process was very smooth and Monet and her team were always on hand to field questions. Thanks again. will definitely deal with you guys again!

Brilliant service from the word go. Greg at your Woodford office has been a god send. I must have been a pain at times with my phone calls and questions however nothing was ever too much and Greg constantly helped me. He never told me just what I wanted to hear and had an honest and straight to the point approach, at the same time he is charming, welcoming and friendly.The sale may have taken a bit longer to get to exchange once agreed but when it looked as if the house I was buying was about to break down Greg managed to save it. I am sure that other agents would have given up with me a long time ago and the sale would have never happend. Thanks so much Greg and the rest of your team.

Maureen and her team, were very helpful all the way through the process of selling our property and buying our new home, although we found our new property with a seperate estate agent, they were always available to help with advice. It was a shame to be informed Waseem had left as he was a true asset to the team, very professional, and personable, always went out of his way to make sure we were being taken care of, I'm sure he will have a successful career in the property industry! Feedback on the viewings & sales process

My house sale is going through and hopefully will be completed soon. I have been impressed by the work carried out by Jack Austin initially and followed by Mathew Gilbert who got involved at a later stage in getting viewers through the door and at no hassle to me. The process was organised and quick feedback provided following on every viewing. Jack was very pro-active and since his involvement I saw a difference and increase in the level of viewings which resulted in the sale.

Great Sales - friendly, helpful

I was very fortunate to deal with two extremely lovely, down to earth guys at the Walthamstow office - Christian & Jat. Both made the viewing experience very personal and understood what we were trying to achieve. We signed up with the agency when we saw a house we liked which we didn't end up getting, but were extremely lucky to get our offer accepted on our house at first viewing because of that and how helpful the whole sales team were. We were in this stage of the process for 9 months due to our chain and I would say the only down side was that once we had our offer accepted, we had some difficulties with communication from the sales progressor. However we are now happily in our home and super grateful for those that helped make it a smooth process. We used Faisal from Mortgage Matters for our mortgage advise - he's based out of the Walthamstow office so that was super handy as he knew the team but was impartial and really on our side but I'll write about that separately!
