We received a great service from the Chingford branch.Every team member was brilliant, from dealing with Sean when I first enquired about a property who was fantastic. He listened to what I wanted rather than trying to get me to view every property on the books like other estate agents do. Jess who come to value our property, who was absolutely lovely and kept me up to date on everything going on from selling our property to informing me of new properties that suited us. Jake was also great keeping me updated with viewings and feedback. James was there helping and informing me of offers/feedback. Saif was brilliant with helping me and guiding me with my mortgage and what was best for us.As a whole they are a great team and communicate brilliantly between them to make sure that we got the service we expect.They are all very friendly and make you feel very welcome when entering thier office, I will definitely be recommending them and will use in the future when it comes to selling & looking again.

We have just bought our first ever house and we would like to say a massive thank you to Michelle Hawthorne and Samir Bhamji in the Chadwell Heath Branch for providing a service that was really second to none. Our house buying experience is going on so smoothly, thanks to these amazing professionals in the Chadwell Heath branch. Right from our first meeting with them, we knew they were the agents for us and they did not disappoint. The people at Barkingside branch were friendly and accomodating. For example in one person was not able to address my query or was away, another would address it. For example when Daniel and Ummad were not available, Lynburge took on my query and responded the same day with a response. Ummad was friendly, welcoming, approachable and patient. In particular I found William Nash very knowledgeable and thorough who addressed my queries quickly and professionally. Keith, I thought was proactive in trying to get issues addressed.An improvement to make is to ensure your other colleagues are kept in the loop with conversations made with customers and actions that are done. For example there were times when I had already provided an update to one member at the branch to then be called and asked the same question by another member. Christian of your Walthamstow Office did a brilliant job for us both in helping us to sell our current home and buy our dream retirement home in the Peak District. Christian was instrumental in us receiving an offer on our current house at the top end of what we were hoping for, showing the house to our prospective buyers so professionally and proactively. We accepted this offer, which was negotiated by Rob Stiff , only 6 days after this viewing. When Rob Stiff left, Christian picked up the chain and negotiated our offer on our dream home in the Peak District brilliantly on our behalf. From first contact to exchange/sale of my property, Nabeel Ali & Ahsan Chowdrey based at the Ilford Branch were great, Nabeel was really pleasant, friendly & professional when he attended the consultation & went through all the marketing options that were available, he had a vast knowledge of marketing & the local area in general which helped when agreeing to a price for my property. Nabeel kept in touch throughout the marketing stage of my property as well as the online portal which is great as you can see/track on what is happening with your property in terms of viewing/open house feedback etc which was really helpful. I was looking to sell my flat in Woodford Green and Douglass Allen made this process very efficient. We had a meeting and from that point onwards, the photographers came and they took amazing photos. I worked with the Billericay office to sell our home and they were thoroughly professional, took excellent and very complimentary photos of the property and were great at keeping in touch and providing accurate market forecasts. However, stand out from the crowd in terms of customer service and attention to detail was Carl Clennell who always gave me great updates on viewings using his excellent intuition and people skills to decipher potential buyers motivations and give me accurate predictions of their intent. Communication & timely deliverance is the key in success of any business. Simon Johns (Branch Manager, Loughton) is fully aware of it. Initially I was not 100% interested in Loughton property that I am currently buying through Simon. But Simon's commitment got me interested & engaged in this property. I have spelled out all my foreseen concerns that can come from "start till completion". Simon raised my questions with seller and got feedback very swiftly. My concerns were not addressed as I desired from seller side but mediator skills of Simon still got me engaged and convinced me to buy this property. I trust Simon would make sure no unnecessary delay would happen and there is no skeleton in the cupboard from seller's end. Simon's presence affirm smooth ride here and in result my concerns would fade away automatically. Having spend endless hours speaking to operators in banks at the end of phones for hours trying to arrange a mortgage, working with Will was a revelation. He is incredibly efficient, knowledgable and can offer very competitive rates. What took days on the phone just trying to arrange a time to speak to someone only to be unsuccessful, Will manages to complete in less than 30 mins. Will Nash is an extremely trustworthy and knowledgable mortgage adviser. We were asked to seek his confirmation of affordability when our offer was accepted, and it was to our good fortune that he did. He uncovered some serious flaws in the original advice we were given and significantly changed our approach to funding the purchase, meaning we own more of the property from the outset. Unfortunately we had some issues during the purchase process (through no fault of DA or Will), and he did everything in his power to escalate and push through. Without his support and commitment I'm convinced it would have been a very different outcome. We owe the purchase to Will and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to fiends and family. We will certainly be back when the mortgage is due. In our opinion there's nothing Will doesn't know - he is simply exemplary at his job. It's a god send that we found him!
