Hornchurch Branch.We purchased our house from them last year whilst houses were selling fast. We met David at the viewing who was open & honest with us from the start, unlike many other local agents! This branch is excellent, the purchase was handled by Chelsea who ensured we remained in regular contact throughout and was always available to help. The chain nearly collapsed after exchange yet Chelsea remained professional and again, honest. We completed just before Christmas and would not look elsewhere for an estate agent in the future. Completely professional, put other agents to shame.

He did numerous viewings and open houses at our property and quickly familiarised himself with our property in order to show it in its best light. He knew the local area which was extremely beneficial and was always prompt for appointments and super-courteous. In my opinion and speaking for myself I have bought and sold many properties and used many estate agents over the years however this agent over promises and under delivers, the amount of calls I had to make and the amount of emails I had to write in order to chase up and push forward was unacceptable. I personally would never recommend or ever use this company again. I suggest you find an alternative agent in this area!
