I take on board your comments regarding our internal processes but as the lettings industry is now so heavily regulated agents should, quite rightly be following due process. Failure to do so can leave the agent themselves and their clients (landlords and/or tenants exposed both legally and financially. We always try to make our procedures as user friendly as possible but accept that some people may prefer not to receive/review quite as much.
