Mr Richardson I noticed that you recently provided us with a 3 star rating. We have cross referenced your name against our internal database but found no record of you ever dealing with us. Delivering a consistently high level of customer service to our customers is essential at Beresfords and if there were reasons on this occasion why you did not provide a higher rating we would like to know so that we can improve our performance wherever possible. Please feel free to contact me via ms@beresfords.co.uk Many thanks Mike Sayers, Sales Director

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
