GoogleHanded in keys for them to look at my property while I was away, then didn't hear back from them for two days, despite the office waking me up on my day off to confirm that they had looked at my place and someone will call me back soon ... they did not call me back.

FacebookHad a really smooth move in with Beercocks and Hayley from Newland Ave was really helpful. Only thing I’m not happy about is we have moved in to our new property that is being let by Beercocks and the place is filthy not to mention the amount of dog hair embedded in the carpets, good job I’m not allergic! Other than that it’s been a pleasant experience.

BeerCOCKS- the worst letting agency in Hull. After moving in later than our given moving date, we never received that ‘personal touch’ which Beercocks states to be one of its main values. On our moving day, we were given the wrong keys to our property henceforth left at the door in the pouring rain with plenty of removal boxes while waiting for a member of staff to come and give us the correct keys. Amongst many previous issues, this didn't keep in line with another key business value of Beercocks whom assures customers that they ‘appreciate the stress of buying or selling and that guidance is something that can be expected every step of the way’. However, since we picked up the CORRECT keys, the lack of guidance has continued to negatively impact our experience and the inadequacy of the employees and poor communication has only heightened the stress and spoiled what should have been a pleasant and exciting experience for us.
beercocks no longer offer a lettings service. We are sorry you had a bad experience and we can assure you this is not a true reflection on our business in selling houses.

Due to me being a first time buyer, I didn’t have much idea what to do and they guided me through the whole process. They were able to sort out my mortgage & solicitors too so everything was all in one place which made it so much easier to fit round my busy schedule. Thanks again beercocks!
