GoogleLoved watching my parents get an email confirmation on a property, only to get a phone call from Belinda beercocks at 5:30pm telling them they had been gazumped out of the bungalow! Can’t believe how it’s been handled, would not go with this estate agent
Hi Sam, due to the level of interest on this property the vendor decided to go with another offer, i know this can be frustrating but unfortunately it is a legal requirement for us to put forward all offers we receive, ultimately all we can do is provide the facts to the vendor and unfortunately on this occasion the vendor chose another offer.

Our house was marketed impressively. The staff provided us with prompt and comprehensive feedback from viewings and after we accepted an offer we continued to receive regular communication regarding the progress of the sale through to completion.
