I found Claire Millington and the team extremely professional and diligent in handling the sale and keeping me regularly informed on progress. As importantly to me was the fact that they acted with compassion and understanding throughout what has been a very difficult process for me to go through.

GoogleDo not go with this estate agents. My mother in law had her offer accepted on a home to then receive a call in the same day that they are now retracting this offer and have now been gazumped. Terrible morals!
Hi Melissa, due to the level of interest on this property the vendor decided to go with another offer, i know this can be frustrating but unfortunately it is a legal requirement for us to put forward all offers we receive, ultimately all we can do is provide the facts to the vendor and unfortunately on this occasion the vendor chose another offer.

Very professional and friendly service. Arrived for the valuation and clearly informed us on the service on offer. Arrived to take photos and sold within the first few days. After sales service second to none and when the sale feel through due to the buyers leaving the country was back on sale and sold within the same day. Value for money and a professional service.
