With constant feedback, Weekly checkins and various tips and tricks to make the property look more appealing to a buyers eye; I couldn't recommend Beercocks more. Belinda made the house sale seem personal almost like her and the team wanted the house to sell as much as I did and I cannot thank them enough! I don’t write reviews often, and if I do it has to be for a good reason. I can say without a doubt that beercocks have been brilliant! We were unsure at first at putting our beloved family home on the market, but we have been presently surprised with the service we’ve received. Jack managed our sale and he is the most lovely person, so kind and genuine and we felt that nothing was too much. I used to message him panicking about things and he always made time to talk us through everything and reassure us. From start to finish it’s been a really good experience, slightly more expensive than some agents out there but as the old saying goes you get what you pay for! Fantastic Customer Service

House sale

We recently used Beercocks to sell our property and have been very happy with the service. Our house fetched the top end of the guide price, and I think that this was down to the great marketing strategy and the great quality photographs and videos. The marketing strategy of putting the property onto 'pre-market' first before publishing it on Zoopla and Rightmove etc, really paid off for us. We liked the idea of testing the market first and getting feedback from people that were registered as interested in properties like ours. For us, we were absolutely blown away when we generated two viewing requests within the first day of our property being sent to interested parties, and received an offer of top end of our asking price straight after the first viewing. I would like to personally thank Rosie who has dealt with us since the start of our selling journey and has always been at the end of the phone should we need anything. I would highly recommended Beercocks to anybody considering selling their property.

Trust the Process .. it does work!

On contacting Beercocks to sell our house, Katie Puckering was assigned to handle our sale. From the introduction meeting and throughout the process Katie has made herself available for all enquiries and has kept us informed and up to date with developments. Although we were initially curious about how the pre-sale and ‘contract ready’ process would work, our minds were soon settled when we had 9 viewing requests within a couple of days of the pre-sale launch. We subsequently received a number of offers on the property during this period; one of which was above the guide price, proving that the process does work!
