After deciding to buy a house in the HU7 area for a family member we contacted beercocks to arrange some viewings. I was difficult for certain times as me and my husband worked different hours. We explained our situation and amazingly managed to get all 4 viewings we wanted to see before the weekend booked in the same day! Jess was amazing at understanding what we wanted and making it easy for us. Even managing to let us go view them again for the second time before we decided on a property, it was no issue for them, no long waits to go back! Jess was always on the other end of and email and let's just say my emails always came with questions! By far the smoothest application we've had with regards to viewings and communication and getting an offer accepted. Thank you, all of you at Kingswood

We were apprehensive to go with Beercocks because they were more expensive than the others but we are so glad we did! What a service from start to finish, Dawn, Alice and Danielle went above and beyond throughout. Our first buyer pulled out but they had someone in that same afternoon and it was sold by the very next morning! Incredible, they kept us calm and informed all the way! Thank you all so much because we have the house of our dreams.

The staff at willerby Beercocks have been absolutely fantastic. Super friendly, knowledgeable and organised. Nothing was too much and they did everything they could to get the best price for my home. My house sold within 1 week of being on the market at a price I was really happy with. The staff at Beercocks took on all of the stress of selling/buying a house for me and kept me up to date with everything that was happening behind the scenes. I had no idea where to start when it came to selling our first home. Steve came round to do our valuation, he gave us lots of honest advice (he reminds me of Martin Lewis - very knowledgeable, full of tips and a lovely chap!)Our house was put on the market and within the first week we had 18 viewings and 7 offers! The team worked their socks off with the bookings, they kept us in the loop throughout and took note of our work schedules (pinging a quick WhatsApp message for convenience). I mainly dealt with Josh from the Willerby Branch and he deserves so much recognition! His customer service is outstanding. He broke everything down for me, he translated all of the confusing lingo and he ensured I understood everything properly. Josh answered my every call, he gave me regular updates and he was there for me throughout the whole process. I couldn’t ask for anything more from a Property Specialist - thanks again Josh! Beercocks have been outstanding from day one. Thank you for guiding us through the reluctant sale of our first house and for also finding us our beautiful forever home! 🏡

Exceptional, the only way to put the work of Belinda at Barton/Willerby branch. I’m not too sure which she was based at but highly recommend and thank her for the work she did.We’ve had the house on the market for a good 8 months with another estate agents and had little to no interest, and annoyingly a potential buyer pulling out twice within 3 months. After changing agents and going to Beercocks, it’s obvious there is a gulf in class. We had numerous viewings, one after the other and in some cases, 4 viewings per day. Communication was spot on, I was always aware of what was going on and the quality of people coming through the door was second to none, all very strong potentials and after a collection of viewings we managed to sell for more than expected all thanks to Belinda Dixon.Thank you for everything you did, we now move into our new home on Monday:-)

Beercocks have been very professional from the outset from organising a viewing to now proceeding with the purchase of our new property!They have been the only estate agents to make sure we were still attending our viewing which was reassuring seeing as we live 250 miles away.Katie was absolutely spot on throughout the process, upon viewing pretty much just left us to it with no pressure which is always personally our preferred way to view. She even babysat our 6 month old for a short while whilst we viewed outside in the torrential rain which was a lovely gesture.Also from making an offer to where we are now (SSTC) everything has been a smooth ride and handled well.Many thanks
