From the start everyone at beercocks has been friendly and very helpful, special mention to Jack and Courtney in the Barton office who have been available to answer all questions and provide advice. Pre market may not have worked well for us but the sales team managed to turn the first three viewings into a note of interest and 2 offers in a week.

Our house sale. We had been given a price guide, we went with it.We had a lot of views in the first month, I had an issue with the back garden pictures, not beercocks problem, it was mine , I asked to review the pictures. After having a pretty negative experience with another estate agent for the sale of our property, we made the decision to try again with Beercocks and wow, what a fantastic experience! From Elliot coming to initially do our valuation and take our photos, to Jack helping with all viewings and the initial sale, every part of our experience so far has been 11 out of 10. Everyone is so friendly, approachable and constantly keeps you updated on email/phone, even when there’s not much to report. We were on the market for nearly 10 weeks with the first estate agent with not much traction, however after less than 2 weeks with Beercocks we had several viewings, 2 offers and finally a sale!
