Beercocks best by country mile

So far Beercocks is easily the best Estate Agency I have used. All the staff have been knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Communication has, on the whole, been very good. Jo in particular has been superb at showing people round the house and her advice and support has been invaluable. The journey to the house being sold subject to contract has been excellent and I'm looking forward to a hopefully equally smooth journey to completion.

Excellent Agent

After a disappointing “fall through” Hazel at the Cottingham branch of Beercocks helped us to re-market our bungalow and found us a new buyer within the first week of re-listing. An excellent agent which we have used successfully twice before

Thankyou BEERCOCKS

We met Robert at my Father in-laws property, we warmed to him straight away. Very Professional and efficient. Explained everything really well and put us at ease about the sale at a very difficult time. BEERCOCKS have been most excellent all the way through the process so far. Very happy with all the people we have spoken too, they have kept us firmly in the loop at all times. So far so good up to accepting an offer in just over 1 week. Recommended

Put your trust in Beercocks!!

We have recently sold our property through Beercocks and are thrilled with their level of service and attention to detail. When Henry initially visited the property we discussed a great marketing strategy and felt confident with all of his ideas to bring to market. From day one we had viewings lined up prior to the property being listed on the market and after more than 20 viewings in a matter of days and numerous offers we sold the property 5% over our asking price! I could not reccomend Beercocks enough. If your looking for an honest agent that delivers exactly what they say they will then put your trust in the experts at Beercocks

Fantastic service. Highly recommend.

Henry from Beercocks came and was the only person who came from numerous estate agents and made me and my partner comfortable, we felt as ease with him and trusted he would look after us and be able to help make a sale on our property. The service we received from the first valuation right through to our moving date was fantastic. If/ when I move in the future I will certainly be using Beercocks again, couldn't recommend them enough.

Katie from Beercocks Kingswood, has been excellent. She was professional throughout. She listened and acted to suggestions as well as providing advice and support. The real unique difference to other agents is she was always available working well beyond office hours as she really puts her heart and soul into her business. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell their home.

As a self confessed ‘picky customer’ with high standards, I surprise myself that I have nothing but good to say about Beercocks! Henry has given us an exceptional experience from beginning to end! He had nothing but patience. Felt listened to, valued and respected as a customer! 10/10 for the photos, video and description. As a frequent house seller I would always now choose Beercocks!
