We are a week into our experience with Beercocks and so far they have been fantastic. They came out really quickly and at a time suitable to us to take the pictures. The house went on the pre market to those on their books looking for properties in the area and sold before even going onto rightmove. They were so efficient and responded to me via phone or email almost immediately. I would 100% use them in the future and couldn't thank them enough!

I have been dealing with Alice at the Kingswood office and she has been so helpful and friendly since day 1, from helping me and my partner search for the perfect house to keeping me updated on the purchase of our first home. Alice also recommended Callum the mortgage advisor who has been amazing. What a delight it has been to deal with Alice, Callum and also the other members of staff at the office. you need to keep to your promise to communicate with your clients, I was promised call returns from Elaine, lost count how many times she failed to do so. our house sale failed on 2 occasions,as the buyers could not meet their offers, you need to put in a system to verify if they can afford to proceed, you took 7 months to complete..abysmal service worst ever, would NOT recommend BEERCOCKS to my enemy, as for your Solicitor choice offered to us, they were worse, PEPPERILLS were utter rubbish.....

You will not be disappointed!

I was somewhat (unfairly) sceptical about the service Beercocks would deliver when selling my property, most likely because I knew nothing about them and would normally use a more well known name.But, how wrong could I be? From meeting Henry to completion of the sale in 10 weeks they were simply brilliant. Communication was first class. They did everything they could to get the sale through quickly and I have not hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly.You will not be disappointed!

Nothing but trouble from the first callHad a viewing, agent was late and had no clue about the property,Had another viewing of a different property booked in and then cancelled 40 minutes before the viewing and they knew an hour before they called me.The person who called me to say they cancelled the viewing was rude and unprofessional not even an apology.Would not recommend to anyone. Half the time cannot even get through to a person when you call.

Excellent, professional and friendly service from the start to finish of selling my late Fathers house. I can’t thank Beercocks enough! We sold our house within about 4 days before it had even gone online! They are super professional and very understanding. I have 3 month old and 2 dogs so as you can imagine having things organised and tidy was hard at times but beercocks understood all that and worked around what suited me. From Steven coming round at the beginning and to Georgia organising everything in and between it couldn’t of been easier and wouldn’t of been possible without them! I couldn’t recommend beercocks enough it’s been an absolute pleasure working with them! Communication has been amazing too, I’ve been kept up to date with everything and not had to chase a thing which was really important to me with leading such a busy life at the moment! Thank you so much for making this process so relaxed as possible!

Beercocks were the most helpful property company our family have ever dealt with. We had to sell my late fathers house. My brother dealt with most of it being the executor. They gave us regular updates and guided us through the whole process right up to completion. Even sold for above the asking price. We’re all very happy We were abit stuck with clearing the house ourselves which was largely full, when we asked them for advice they even recommended a local house clearance company called Noah’s ark. Who did the clearance for free for us which took so much of the hassle out the equation. From start to finish we were extremely pleased.Thank you everyone at the Willerby office

We were searching for a property in Yorkshire and found one which appeared to fit the bill.Unfortunately, very very clever photography of the property in Anlaby meant that whilst in theory it was detached, in reality it was squeezed in in a terraced street and was highly misleading When you’re travelling for many hours to view property, you don’t want to be mislead like this We arrived early, immediately saw the issues and cancelled.This company MAY work to the advantage of sellers who don’t mind being loose with the truth, but ultimately backfires.We told the company as we’d travelled and stayed overnight to see something that was far removed from the position/description and would never view one if there properties again. Asked we be deleted from there system but today received a call from them again- you couldn’t make it up!I see Beercocks have tried to justify their actions by suggesting we check distances before travelling do we’re not disappointed again ( I’m sure they weren’t being sarcastic).As experienced buyers over the last 40 years, we fully understand that a property may not be to your taste.However, the inducement to view is created by photos and when they’re taken from an angle which omits the road view, it’s misleading. They say the house will suit someone and it may well but in a buoyant market it remains on the market where it’s sat since 2020- says it all really.
