GoogleVery very poor communication.my property kept on market since October and sending no feedback. Arranging viewings without letting me know and when telling someone is going to come for viewing,nobody turns up. Seems like too many staff and communication getting lost with in their office and they blaming each other. No positive to say rather they damage the reputation of my property by keeping on market when I sent written notice to stop marketing my property. Wasted so much of my time and energy.

GoogleCOULD NOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH!!! The team at William H Brown have been absolutely fantastic from start the finish selling me home! From the very moment Jack came to value the house to it completing this previous Friday the team have been absolutely fantastic. I did have a stressful experience during the conveying but WHB helped me through every step of the process, chasing solicitors for me and re-assuring me! My buyers were qualified from the get go which helped my sale be secure and I was kept in touch with regularly for updates. I would like to say a massive thank you to you all and will look forward to using you in the future! You have been fantastic ❤️

GoogleAbsolutely useless promised the world got nothing no contact no feedback called numerous times requesting updates never got callback I had to do all the legwork chasing solicitors contacting buyer lost a buyer due to their poor service yes they sell it eventually after all my hard work would 100% not recommendNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Denise the sales progressor is absolutely amazing, she was there every step of the way through all of it, made me feel at ease with the sale and the process of it with plenty of laughs and giggles on the way.
