We’ve sold our house and have been looking to buy a new house for a few months. I’ve called up to view 4 properties with William H Brown, every time they’ve tried to get me to go meet their mortgage adviser for an hour to get a priority viewing. As soon as I have explained I’m a mortgage adviser and don’t need any help, their tone massively changes. Out of 4 properties we have wanted to view, we have viewed one. The other 3 I was told they would call me back to confirm a time and no one has bothered to call me back. The one we did view no one called us for feedback. As a buyer I will actively avoid buying a house on with William H Brown as they have been a nightmare to deal with. As a seller, run for the hills and don’t do it! For someone wanting to spend so much on a house it’s so difficult to deal with them. Much better agents in town who are friendly and not pushy and rude about getting mortgage advice with them. It appears I’m not the only one with this feedback as multiple reviews below echo the same sentiment. Maybe they will learn when people stop marketing their house with them!
