GoogleTrying to book viewings with these guys is terrible. So many questions for you when you try and book a viewing, trying to sell all their other services then get to the point of booking and oh, that ones already sold.. and this has happened more than once, even when I've specifically asked before hand for them to double check availqbilty before answering all the questions... Oh my colleagues has just told me during our call.. yeah, course they did. 🙄🖕

GoogleI recommend avoiding use of William H Brown. From the off they will push you to use their in house services, as a buyer they refuse to make a property sold stc unless you meet their mortgage broker. They push their partner solicitors firms on you who are a shambles, don’t answer the phone, don’t communicate properly and are laughably slow, I would go as far as saying incompetent. Once you are let down by William H Browns partner firms they then tell you they have no influence with these businesses. All in all between the agent and the partner solicitors we are £1000s out of pocket as the process has taken that long, this is not including the financial impact on the rest of the chain. Identical house next sold on the same day completed months before with a different agent. Use at your own risk!!

Firstly, we ensure all buyers of our properties speak to our mortgage advisors as it is vital that we qualify all buyers and ensure you are in a position to proceed with our properties. Qualifying all of our buyers is something we pride ourselves on when ensuring our vendors sales are as secure as possible. In regards to the conveyancing, our records show that you did not use our in house solicitors. It is difficult to compare the sale of this property to ones alike/nearby as every property is different, we were involved in the lower chain for the one you are referring to and can confirm there were a number of factors that meant that this went through quicker. GoogleIt took 6 months from having the bid accepted, to finally moving in. They used a solicitor which was abhorrent. No body ever returned calls, just expected problems to be sorted out on their own. And another 6 months after we moved in we are still trying to get a hold of the deeds to the house. We won't use this company again

GoogleNever ever rent from these guys, false promises, false advertising, only bothered about money. Renting from these have put my family at health risks. Took full advantage of a serving family that relied on video viewing due to not being near the property. 18 years of memories destroyed due to mould in the property throughout.

If you go on Rightmove you will see that they always reduce the value after some time on all house because they are not selling for that much.
