I was so nervous with it been the first house I’ve bought and so badly wanting it but from the first moment of meeting Jan she put me at ease straight away and I had the warmest feeling from her I just knew I would get it! FacebookWhat a journey this was.Steve came to value and take images of our house which was a professional and relaxed experience. Our house was posted on social media and within minutes the amount of comments, likes and shares went crazy. Within the first few days we took 39 bookings for viewings and before we knew it we had 10 offers on our home. Due to a number of issues including buyers withdrawing, mortgage offers and valuations changing it was evident that this had become a challenging chain for Nestledin to manage. My phone rang daily and I knew it would be Jan giving me an update, this woman is an absolute asset to this company and without her our sale or purchase would not have gone ahead. After what felt a lifetime (it wasn't at all) we got the keys to our forever home on the 29th October. I can not reccomend Nestledin enough for all their help and work.

GoogleNestled in sold my property and where absolutely fantastic from the quote at the start right up till moving date. Constantly in contact with updates and making sure I knew what stages the sale was at. Efficient notice given for viewings and tried to book the majority of them close together so your not waiting in all day. Would definitely recommend and should I choose to move again I will definitely use them again.

They sold our house within 3 days of it going on the market, and the support and communication we have received from them throughout the whole process has been second to none. GoogleWe arranged a viewing and turned up to the homeowner telling us that it was already sold, and that they had explicitly asked them to cancel our viewing. NestledIn hasn’t turned up, so the viewing obviously was cancelled, but no one bothered to tell us. Really unprofessional, would not even recommend viewing with this company, let alone buying. ETA The owner later rang us and offered to pay for us to have a meal out (an offer we accepted) and profusely apologised for wasting our time etc.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI would definitely recommend Nestledin to anyone and everyone!! We sold our home within 24hours with them! Steve has the right skills to capture photos and a video of your home accurately and in a way which compliments your home. His knowledge of the housing market is spot on. His office team are a credit to him and the business. Donna especially was amazing all the way through the process and she went above and beyond for us! I also have to give credit to Laura and Jan also, even though they weren't always taking the lead on our sale, any messages for Donna or questions were passed on and answered. If they say they will ring you back they always do! Which to me is valuable trust when moving home. This is our second house move and we definitely could tell the difference between them and the other well known local estate agents. 5* for customer service.
