GoogleNestled in sold my property and where absolutely fantastic from the quote at the start right up till moving date. Constantly in contact with updates and making sure I knew what stages the sale was at. Efficient notice given for viewings and tried to book the majority of them close together so your not waiting in all day. Would definitely recommend and should I choose to move again I will definitely use them again.

FacebookAfter poor experiences with previous agents, we decided to try NestledIn after hearing good things. They sold our house within 3 days of it going on the market, and the support and communication we have received from them throughout the whole process has been second to none. I would absolutely recommend them if you are planning to sell your house! Thank you Steve, Jan and everyone at NestledIn!

GoogleWe arranged a viewing and turned up to the homeowner telling us that it was already sold, and that they had explicitly asked them to cancel our viewing. NestledIn hasn’t turned up, so the viewing obviously was cancelled, but no one bothered to tell us. Really unprofessional, would not even recommend viewing with this company, let alone buying. ETA The owner later rang us and offered to pay for us to have a meal out (an offer we accepted) and profusely apologised for wasting our time etc.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Steve has the right skills to capture photos and a video of your home accurately and in a way which compliments your home. His knowledge of the housing market is spot on. His office team are a credit to him and the business. Donna especially was amazing all the way through the process and she went above and beyond for us! I also have to give credit to Laura and Jan also, even though they weren't always taking the lead on our sale, any messages for Donna or questions were passed on and answered. If they say they will ring you back they always do! Which to me is valuable trust when moving home. This is our second house move and we definitely could tell the difference between them and the other well known local estate agents. 5* for customer service. Top standard agents, experienced and trustworthy! Massive thank you for helping us get in our forever home by Christmas!PositiveProfessionalism

Jan could not have been more helpful if she had tried, nothing was too much trouble from the beginning to the end of my sale, from chasing solicitors and constantly providing updates, I could not recommend NestledIn enough.

FacebookSold my first home with Nestled In and absolutely cannot fault them. Fantastic friendly service.I actually tried a couple of other agents first, with terrible results. Then tried NestledIn and had an offer in the first couple of days! Sadly my first sale fell due to a break in the chain but NestledIn very quickly got me a new buyer. They continually kept me up to date with weekly calls on the progress of my sale.Really glad I used them to sell my house. Couldn’t have asked for better.

I cannot speak highly enough of Donna, who not only went out of her way while on her holiday, and on her days off to keep me informed, ring solicitors and reassure me with all my questions. FacebookSteve from NestledIn was brilliant in getting my house on the market ASAP for me so that I could secure an offer on another property. In a matter of hours from the photos being taken, it was up for sale. The photos and videos taken were fantastic, and the team at NestledIn were great at contacting me to arrange viewings. Despite my property being in Wakefield, I chose NestledIn over a Wakefield agent as I knew the service would be excellent. My partner also sold his house recently with NestledIn and we both sold our properties within a matter of days.I would not hesitate to recommend NestledIn to anyone and would definitely use them in the future.
