The experience I had with NestledIn was absolutely exceptional. I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable and professional estate agents to support me with my sale and purchase. The entire team has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish however, in particular Charlie. Charlie was my backbone throughout the entire journey. She was positive, supportive, reassuring and most of all consistent with everything she did! I truly felt their approach was individualised and not one size fits all in terms of support. If you want honesty use this estate agents! Steve was very profession and really honest! We did use another estate agents in Barnsley before using Nestledln which in my opinion lied to win the work!!! & didnt get back to people who wanted to view my home. Our house selling experience was nothing short of a rollercoaster, stretching over nearly 11 months and involving two different buyers. Through all the ups and downs, Charlie, Natalie, Laura, and especially Jan were incredibly supportive. Jan was a lifesaver when it came to handling last-minute surprises (and there were plenty!). Steve played a key role at the start of the journey. His insight into realistic pricing for the area and his spot-on approach to marketing really set us up for eventual success. Despite the twists and turns, the team made the process feel manageable and, in the end, it was a genuinely great experience. But one we won’t be repeating again in a hurry.

Absolutely out of this world, cannot thank the staff at nestled in enough!! Jan & Alan were the best, what Jan doesn’t know isn’t worth knowing. She will go above and beyond to help anyone out, find anything out and to sort things you may need. Every question was answered super fast, she will chase things up rapid for you, and make sure everything runs as smooth as it can! Alan has been great keeping up with meeting us at our now new home to measure or do checks just to keep our minds at ease. If I could give this company a million out of 10 I would! Although only being the buyer Charlie went out of her way to keep me well informed and keep me updated on the process. She was always willing to answer any questions and deal with any queries ensuring the everything was running smoothly. My wife and I recently sold our house with Nestled In. It was quite a complicated process at times for various reasons, taking 8 months in total to complete. Nestled In were there to support us every step of the way. They were always easy to reach by phone, with 9 times out of 10 someone answering immediately without multiple 'press 1 for...' menus and long hold times (which was always the case when trying to contact our sellers estate agent). The team were brilliant, especially Natalie who oversaw our sale. We would highly recommend Nestled In.

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of this firm. Literally from start to end they have been an absolute delight to deal with. Initial contact, valuation, marketing- feedback, updates, they are marvellous. I swear this company will contact you to tell you the time and you cannot fault decent communication in an already stressful situation. Steve, and especially Jan ( nicest lady ever and so easy to get on with!!) Dont waste your time on other agents- these do so much for a fair price! We finally completed today after what had been a torturous few months, its dragged on and on and on. Every time we have spoken with NestledIn they have been full of positivity and patience which is needed when you're at the end of your tether! Even contacted me today to give us their best wishes. My sister and myself first used Nestledin, on recommendation from a friend, to value mum's house for probate after she had died. When Steve came out to do the valuation, he was very friendly, helpful, and compassionate, so when it came to selling the house we had no hesitation in choosing Nestledin again. Steve did a fantastic job in marketing the house, and also did accompanied viewings with perspective buyers, which was very much appreciated, and made the process much easier and less stressful for us. Within a week we had several offers on the house and a sale agreed. Jan was assigned to our case and we cannot praise her enough, she was exceptional, going above and beyond, she liased with the buyers and solicitors and kept us informed throughout the process, ringing us each week with an update, and was always available to talk over any concerns we had. Nestledin are brilliant from start to completion , Steve’s valuation of our late stepdads home was so realistic and marketed so well we had numerous viewings booked in less than 24hours of it going on the market all viewings accompanied by nestledin which was a huge help and an offer accepted within a week . He treated the house - that to us had emotional and sensitive attachment with so much respect and was so understanding! As always, NestledIn provide tip top service! This is the 3rd time we’ve sold with NestledIn and the only downside is we now live out of the area! The listing was great with pictures, drone shots and video tour. The social media campaign I think really sets NestledIn apart. I would just like to say a big thank you to everyone at Nestledin for all their hard work in selling my property It is a well-known fact that when buying or selling a property it is exciting but can be very stressful when you’re sitting waiting to hear any information about whether someone is interested in the property you are selling or if everything is going smoothly on the property you are selling or buying. The team at Nestledin made the sale very easy and enjoyable Steve, with his professional marketing skills, in listing my property, attracted quite a lot of interest from day one, leading me to accept an offer (out of many) within just a few days of it going to the market, which led to a quick sale The team at Nestledin were polite and understanding and able to deal with my queries, even if they weren’t the person, personally dealing with my sale. (It’s obvious Nestledin works as a team) Jan was my key contact at Nestledin and was exceptional, going above and beyond what was expected of her, keeping me informed every step of the way, she gave me regular updates with regards progress of the sale, even getting me information from the purchaser, conveyancers and mortgage advisers.
