I have no experience with estate agents for the last 38years. I can only say I was delighted with the service we received from Nestledin. From the first visit to our home to list our property to the day and beyond moving to our new home we have recieved excellent care from the staff. We were kept regularly informed every step of the way as to the progress of our sale and purchase. They went above and beyond all expectations. We cannot thank the whole team enough especially Jan so we would recommend them 100% delightful team and brilliant at their jobs. Communication skills 1st class

Just used Nestledin to sell a property for the second time and once again i was not disappointed. From start to finish the sale was handled and promoted in a professional manner. Jan was my contact person and I have to say she was amazing. Jan kept me updated at least weekly and dealt with any concerns raised straight away easing any worries and taking the stress away from what can be a very stressful process. Great service received from the initial phonecall. Steve was out within a few days and despite the poor weather did some great outside photos. All the staff in the office was really professional and kept me informed along the way. I honestly can’t recommend Nestled In enough.We have been lucky enough to use them for the 3rd time (2 sales and a purchase) and I’ve never known service like it. Steve was so friendly, honest and took amazing photos and videos. Everyone commented that the house was as big as the photos show and this isn’t always the case. We accepted an offer within 5 days of the house being on the market, and as we had multiple offers Jan gave amazing advice on which to accept. Throughout Jan kept us up to date, and even went above and beyond and helped on the purchase (with another agent) as this wasn’t going anywhere. We viewed 24 properties before finding one to buy, and experienced so many different agents. Nestled In stand out way above everyone else - thank you so much to everyone.After moving 3 times in 5 years my partner would kill me if I wanted to move again, but if we did Nestled In would be the only option for us!

Top service, Great customer service , what a pleasant change to find an estate agents who actually care about both party’s involved in the sale and purchase of a property . We bought a house that nestledin had listed for sale. From day one they could not do enough for us we viewed the house 3 times before committing to an offer and even this was not an issue they gave us plenty of time to look around and a no fuss or hassle service. We never felt pushed in to a decision and the follow up’s felt like they were genuinely interested in helping you find the right house not just pushing any on to you. I have bought and sold several houses over the past few years and as a seller or buyer I never had an estate agent help me as much as this . Especially when we were the buyer and you would think they would be one sided for the seller. I genuinely felt like the had both party’s interests at heart not just in it for the money like most are. I don’t often do reviews but they helped us so much we bought the team flowers and also bought Jan some as she was our point of contact . She is an asset to the team and such a lovely lady to deal with. We came away from the process feeling like we made a friend for life. I will now only use one estate agent from this day on and it with out doubt will be Nestledin I just hope this review helps you reading pick a really helpful team to help you out and I’m sure you will then agree with what we experienced . My experience with NestledIn was first-rate. Steve was so informative and helpful when we decided to put our house on the market. What can be very stressful, he made it very easy. His marketing vision is so unique and our house was sold in less than two weeks. When I spoke to the girls in the office, often Brodie, nothing was too much trouble for them and they always kept me in the loop.
