5 stars don't seem enough, I would give more if allowed! The attention to detail on the photos and video tour had our house sold in under 1 week. Steve is very knowledgeable, professional and approachable and way ahead of the game in terms of using social media to sell homes! The whole Nestledin team are very knowledgeable and always there to answer any questions or give advice. Lots of big decisions are made when selling and buying a new home but choosing Nestledin was the easiest one to be made. Thank you!

I simply don’t know where to start with the gratefulness we have for the team at Nestledin. From making the initial phone call, to arrange a property valuation we were always made to feel we were at the top of the priority list. Steve came to value our property and we instantly felt we had a friendship. It was effortless, someone we could trust to get it right for us and above all sell our home, showcasing the best photographs and videography. So many people complimented this part of your service, and we couldn’t agree more. Steve made a real statement of our home, resulting in us selling our property in just 72 hours. We were kept informed of all viewings and interest in our home even out of hours. They simply went above and beyond throughout the whole process. We also want to give a shout out to Jan. My guardian angel, who I still haven’t met yet however feel I have made such a special bond with. You were there for support and guidance through the giggles and the tears. My wife and I spoke to a number of agents before going with NestledIn. Steve made us feel confident and reassured from the start with none of the usual sales patter. Despite valuing our property significantly higher than other agents, this proved to be bang on the money as the property sold with no issues. Throughout the entire process, Steve, Jan and the rest of the team kept us informed throughout - often going above and beyond in helping us. I would recommend NestledIn without hesitation and - in the unlikely event that I have to move again in the next 30 years - would use them again without question.

We completed on our dream house 2 days ago and we honestly couldn’t be happier. It’s been a long road to get here but it’s certainly been worth it. Nestledln have been nothing but amazing. When we first met Steve, we knew we were in safe hands. He is incredibly passionate and took so much time, and effort to ensure we were happy. We actually sold 2 properties with Nestledln. One wasn’t even local however both sold extremely quick. The effort which goes into the photographs and video tour is just unbelievable. Steve really does go the extra mile. When selling a house you are told its stressful but not when that's with an estate agents like nestledin. Like many we instructed Steve and the team based on the popularity and niche they have created online as it is the first time we had sold. From the minute they arrived at our house, very straight forward, nothing was too much trouble. The photos and videos were exceptional and really helped showcase our amazing home! The team that worked on the sale worked tirelessly outside sometimes working hours to assist viewings and we had well over 15 within 24 hours thanks to how successful these guys market a house through different avenues. We cannot thank the team enough for their energy, commitment throughout the sale in a period of lockdown, regular updates and when we gave them a deadline they managed to beat it with time to take a long break, unbelievably efficient at what they do. Genuinely felt like a holiday experience and I am sure not many people say that about moving home! My partner and I enquired after a property via NestledIn, somewhat tentatively after dealing with unscrupulous estate agents previously. To say the service was second to none is an understatement! During several phone calls the staff were polite, friendly and super helpful. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Jan for my viewing who was the perfect host. She remained on hand to answer questions etc but gave enough freedom to let us feel comfortable and not pressured. I also, by chance, subsequently spoke to Steven - and again I was impressed by the helpfulness and, refreshingly, extreme friendliness. Huge thanks to Steve and Jan at NestledIn for advertising my home for sale. The service that they have delivered has surpassed all of my expectations. I really can’t recommend them highly enough. Steve personally visited my home several times to take photos and record a walkthrough video which showed-off my house well to prospective buyers. He even returned a few days after the advert had gone live just to re-shoot the outside photos because the weather was better and brighter for the external shots. The photos and videos were very professional and really captured the generous size of the rooms. In short, Steve made my home look like a show house! Throughout the whole selling process I’ve found Steve to be an invaluable guide and really couldn’t have asked for any more from him, even as he continued to answer my calls and WhatApp messages late into the evening on some occasions! After less than two weeks on the market, NestledIn had secured an offer on my house which was at the asking price. What more could I ask for? Highly recommended.

After viewing a potential property to buy and being undecided about it or if I indeed wanted to put my own on the market, Steve was friendly, very professional and offered his advice. From this point I thought, "why the hell not? " and arranged for a valuation. Steve talked me through how the marketing would be presented and I loved the videos he does which are unique to each house. The photos he took of my house along with the video were that good it made me want to buy my house myself!! Hahaha! The following week my house went on the market just to see what the interest was like and as I hadn't found "the one" for me yet so I didn't expect much. Within 2 days I had 5 viewings booked for the same morning! The first couple who came through the door rang Steve and put an offer in straight after leaving, which I accepted. That night I found "THE one" on Nestledin's website too and went to view, put an offer in and got accepted. Wooppee!! Jan and the team kept me up to date every step of the way with how the sale was progressing and also my purchase. They're all extremely informative, very helpful, ever the professionals but friendly and down to earth. From start to finish it was pretty stress free. I'd definitely recommend Steve and the team, so if your nest is getting too small/big and feathers are getting ruffled then see Steve at Nestledin to help you find somewhere else to roost.
