Jan booked viewings and kept me informed on a daily basis, then when a sale was agreed she updated me on a weekly basis, even when there was no progress to discuss. Excellent marketing systems. Viewings were booked the same day Steve took photos, even before the house had gone on the internet sites, and the property sold before the board was erected in my garden. Steve is friendly but professional and very knowledgeable about house selling and of the local area. No flannel, straight talking and promises kept. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use it again.
