GoogleA first class service all round. We used Nestledin to sell an unoccupied property . They dealt with all the viewings keeping us fully informed of the schedule for these and feedback following viewings. All the staff were pleasant and helpful but Jan in particular who tracked the progress and dealt with any issues which arose during the sale up to and including completion. I would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.

FacebookNestled in are by far the best estate agents in Barnsley. No one can market properties as good as Steve does. He knows the market inside out to give the best advice and his social media skills are impeccable. Steve and his team are proactive and I believe my house sold in less than 24 hours because Jan dealt with an enquiry out of hours, booked the viewing and negotiated a sale on A Saturday evening when all other sales agencies are closed. You truly are a gem Jan. It’s so much appreciated. Selling a house is one of the most stressful situations but I can hand on heart believe that nestled in have alleviated my stress with their fresh approach. This is the third property I have sold with them this year and I absolutely wouldn’t use anyone else now. Thank you so much.

Facebookwe have recently sold our home with Nestledin and we would definitely recommend them to anyone who is wanting to put their house on the market. our home sold within 2 weeks at the slowest time of the year just after christmas. Steve is amazing at what he does he is very professional but so down to earth at the same time, we felt like we already knew him when he came to value our home . hence why there was no hesitation why we chose to use them to sell our home. the photos and videos are always top quality and look brilliant. all the staff are wonderful but Laura, donna and danielle was great with us throughout they are very friendly, helpful and efficient. they kept us in the loop from start to finish and always was there to give support when needed, even when we was having a little trouble with our purchase ( which was up with another agent) Laura kept me calm and gave great advice and it all came right in the end. so we just want to give you all a huge thank you, keep doing what you are doing and am sure you will have plenty more happy customers. thanks you from the Roebucks xx

He was so professional and kept us well informed throughout. Laura was great in dealing with awkward demands from our bank but our biggest thank you is to Jan. Jan has been AMAZING!
