FacebookFrom the initial valuation with Steve, we were so impressed with the marketing of the property, the viewings and offers were made so easy with Kate and Jan then keeping us informed all the way through to completion! It was the sale of our dads property and all dealt with, with compassion and empathy. I cannot recommend them highly enough! 5 starts is just not enough , they have been exceptional!! His photos are brilliant and advice was spot on all the way through. He was on hand to speak to about all things from solicitors to negotiating. Would absolutely recommend again and wouldn’t go anywhere else if I required an estate agent again. 5/5 rating from us!!

FacebookWe sold our home with NestledIn earlier this year and to us this selling and buying was the most stressful process I can imagine but we couldn't have done it without the help of NestledIn. Steve presented our house to the market brilliantly, he is friendly, knowledgeable and was a pleasure to meet. Then there was Jan, what a wonderful person to deal with, she almost felt like a friend calling and guiding us through this minefield. Nothing was too much trouble for her, even stepping in to support us when our onwards purchase was getting to be a farce. I would not hesitate to recommend NestledIn for any sale or purchase.

GoogleWe were having great difficulties in buying our property from further down our chain although Nestledin were not our agents they were acting for the couple we were buying off . They worked so hard to find out what was going on , when one person was off someone else took up the reign’s. Totally amazing girls 1st class service Very personnel service . GoogleLong story short, if you have the opportunity to use Nestledin, use them. After getting let down left right and centre and a house sale falling through on us the team at Nestledin in managed to sell our house for us in 72 hours of it going on the market. Jan, Brodie and the entire team are absolutely fantastic. They're professional when they need to be but they also have their own personal flares and attributes that makes them a pleasure to speak to and deal with. We might not have had the smoothest journey due to other entities involved but honestly without Jan following things up and chasing everything down I honestly don't think we would have gone through with buying our new home. GoogleUnfortunately our house move was tainted by the incompetence of Purple Bricks and their Conveyancers resulting in the whole process taking 8 months to finally complete. Luckily for us we had the help and support of all the staff at Nestledin. I would especially like to give Jan a big Thankyou for everything you did for us, you are a Star. GoogleJan from Nestled In acted for the vendors when we bought our current house She moved heaven and earth to drag our (useless!) agents alomg and "make it happen" Naturally, we turned to them to sell our rental property this year, and we weren't disappointed!! Excellent service, regular updates, fixed price with no hidden nasties, and a quick, trouble free sale And a cheery smile throughout!! We can't recommend them highly enough Don't bother looking elsewhere, they are the best!!

FacebookI noticed that whenever I saw an amazing looking house on Rightmove / Zoopla, NestledIn was the estate agents in question. So when we came to sell ours we knew we needed NestledIn.Our moving process was not smooth, our buyer (through no fault of NestledIn) fell through multiple times. Then the house we were buying ended up falling through. Then we found another house but it was a new build not ready yet!NestledIn handled this like champs, they did more than just take great photos - they chased solicitors and buyers and made the process as easy as it could be in the circumstances.If you’re wondering whether you should go with a estate agent like Strike, the answer is no. Part with the money, go with NestledIn, moving is already stressful enough and you’ll thank yourself later.

FacebookWhere do I start ..cannot thank the entire team at NestledIn enough .. what started as a sale for Mum’s house due to ill health that sold within weeks for things to take longer than expected and then Mum’s Death to then go through the probate service and then the buyer not being contactable proved a very stressful time and experience .. But with Jan’s advice put back on the market and sold again within weeks and eventually completed .. Steve ,Jan ..massive thanks for all the help .. support and contact throughout .. Jan you made the whole experience less stressful than it was and we will be forever grateful to you all for the sale .. just sorry things took so long for us all … but would not use any other Estate agent as know the personal touch you Guy’s provide is what makes all the difference .. thanks once again ..
