Jan could not have been more helpful if she had tried, nothing was too much trouble from the beginning to the end of my sale, from chasing solicitors and constantly providing updates, I could not recommend NestledIn enough.

FacebookSold my first home with Nestled In and absolutely cannot fault them. Fantastic friendly service.I actually tried a couple of other agents first, with terrible results. Then tried NestledIn and had an offer in the first couple of days! Sadly my first sale fell due to a break in the chain but NestledIn very quickly got me a new buyer. They continually kept me up to date with weekly calls on the progress of my sale.Really glad I used them to sell my house. Couldn’t have asked for better.

FacebookI would definitely recommend Nestledin to anyone and everyone!! We sold our home within 24hours with them! Steve has the right skills to capture photos and a video of your home accurately and in a way which compliments your home. His knowledge of the housing market is spot on. His office team are a credit to him and the business. Donna especially was amazing all the way through the process and she went above and beyond for us! I also have to give credit to Laura and Jan also, even though they weren't always taking the lead on our sale, any messages for Donna or questions were passed on and answered. If they say they will ring you back they always do! Which to me is valuable trust when moving home. This is our second house move and we definitely could tell the difference between them and the other well known local estate agents. 5* for customer service. Top standard agents, experienced and trustworthy! Massive thank you for helping us get in our forever home by Christmas!

I cannot speak highly enough of Donna, who not only went out of her way while on her holiday, and on her days off to keep me informed, ring solicitors and reassure me with all my questions. Nothing was too much trouble. No amount of thank yous will ever be enough. Highly recommend Nestledin if your buying or selling.

In a matter of hours from the photos being taken, it was up for sale. The photos and videos taken were fantastic, and the team at NestledIn were great at contacting me to arrange viewings. Despite my property being in Wakefield, I chose NestledIn over a Wakefield agent as I knew the service would be excellent. My partner also sold his house recently with NestledIn and we both sold our properties within a matter of days.I would not hesitate to recommend NestledIn to anyone and would definitely use them in the future.

GoogleSteve and Jan are absolutely cracking, dead down to earth and genuine with a real passion for wanting to help you sell your house. You can tell it’s a family owned and run business with the personal and caring service you get. What I loved the most was the way Steve helped our property stand out from the rest with the visuals to really help a buyer get a better idea of the house. For us these included aerial views from a drone, virtual tours and videos from Steve talking about the property and the local area. He even came back at dusk to get photos of the property lit up. You can tell that Steve’s really tried to be different and better than the rest as he also has a Facebook and Instagram page where my property was shared and after watching a few of his videos he even has his own tag line “let’s go inside and take a look”. Brilliant. So if you want to get the best price for your house, sell it quickly and get a truly great service, definitely do it through NestledIn.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleAlthough I was the purchaser on this occasion, I have to say that the support given by all staff associated with Nestledin was superb. Answered questions or found answers promptly on all occasions. Even after the sale, staff were quick to sort any possible problems with the ladies (who were marvellous ladies and a pleasure to meet) who were selling the property.
