GoogleI recently used Martyn Gerrard in Whetstone to sell my late Mother's house. My main point of contact was Declan Morgan who guided me through the whole process in a professional and efficient manner. The sale was not without issues which Declan handled very well, keeping me informed at every stage and when the first buyer pulled out, Declan quickly found another. a very professional service and a very helpful individual. In fact the whole team in the Whetstone office were very friendly and helpful.

Extremely poor experience with Martyn Gerrard. The property had a failed EICR, which is a serious electrical safety issue, yet it didn’t feel like it was treated with the urgency it deserved. On top of that, there were ongoing mould problems that were not properly addressed.

Fatmir was the estate agent that showed us around. Following the viewing he followed up but respected the fact we needed to weigh up the property we viewed with him against others in the area. He gave us thinking time but stayed in touch. He later arranged for me to do a second viewing. He was very helpful without. Wing pushy.

GoogleElla was a dream to deal with. Agents usually don't listen to the client's specifications and try to push properties above budget for example. However, Ella was attentive and never showed me a property that didn't match my criteria. She was also very patient and contactable. I haven't moved in over six years and so was quite rusty on the finer details of the process. Ella took the time to explain the process to me as many times as required. I would highly recommend Ella as an agent for your next move or search! Martin and Declan were so professional and knowledgeable and also provided a large range of properties to view on a daily basis. Martin in particular found us a dream buyer for our property and also delivered on the asking price. I highly recommend using these guys because they are a team and know the area inside out. GoogleWe highly recommend Martyn Gerrard, Whetstone. They were always pleasant to deal with, very professional and genuinely caring. Declan and Martin conducted the viewings and gave us feedback and were always happy to talk to us. Before the initial viewings they visited our house to familiarise themselves with what it had to offer; thereby being in a good position to point out its qualities and answer buyers’ queries. Our sale wasn’t easy; there were a few bumps along the way, but Stewart guided the whole process to a successful sale. He kept in touch with us, our solicitor and the buyers’ solicitor and made what could have been a very stressful time a lot easier for us. We are delighted to recommend Stewart and his team in the Martyn Gerrard Whetstone office. If you’re selling your house and want a positive experience, they’re the ones to choose.
