Thanks for letting us know about your experience with us. It seems your offer came in late on Friday afternoon, we got back to you on Monday morning when the sales manager was back in the office. The letter sent out was a standard template, but we take your point, and we are looking at rectifying this issue. Thanks again for letting us know.

It had been a while since I last used an agent to find tenants for my flat in Crouch End and after having walked around the area reviewing all the Estate Agent Windows, Martyn Gerrard caught the eye hence I decided to walk in as a fact finding mission. I was introduced to Lettings manager Anthony Spittle who was very helpful in providing me with all the necessary information and answered my many questions. Shortly after, I signed up and the team at MG got to work in arranging the necessary photos, adverts etc, and the viewings began to roll in. I was kept up to date and provided with necessary information on potential tenants allowing me to make informed choices on prospective tenants.Thank you to Anthony and the team for quick and smooth turnaround.

I was very happy with my experience in letting my property with Martyn Gerrard. Sophie Wilkins was most helpful in organising a relatively quick exchange of contracts, which was slightly unusual due to my new tenant currently living abroad. She even arranged a zoom call for me with the new tenant so we could all ‘meet’ and sorted out one or two slightly complicated issues for us so both sides were happy.

The whole team had been not only very respectful but also professional and very ethical. Specially Jatin and Scott I had the most interaction with. Jatin took his time to understand our goal and position so they can market our property better, in a pragmatic way but still being sensitive to our objective and expectations. I’ve been with this company for more than 20 years now and have always appreciated the professionalism, dedication and efficiency of its staff. It’s not always an easy job to do but this team absolutely does its best for its landlords without compromising the rights of tenants. Quick, easy, very professional ... Jessica Haynes from Renewal Consultant Lettings was very thorough and fantastic. She sent me an email several weeks before I had to renew my contract, which was great as it gave me time to think and consider the new offer ... she then called me to go through some details, again giving me time to make my mind up ... and today I signed my new contract. What else could you ask for?

We’re lucky to have Wai Lee as our Block Manager. Since Mr Lee on board, we have seen improvement around our property from landscape clean-up to removal of previous block management’s name plate and flyers. Mr Lee takes time to visit property for an on-site inspection from the building itself to the details such as the utility room’s door lock in order to identify areas that need immediate attention. Mr Lee responds to feedbacks promptly; he then analyses the situation and takes necessary actions accordingly. Thank you Wai Lee for all your hard work.

Jay Yildrim at the Mill Hill Office showed me around 4 properties on Saturday afternoon. I was impressed by the way that Jay organised and coordinated these viewings so well. Jay was friendly, professional, had a hugely impressive level of knowledge about each property and couldn’t have been more helpful. We walked to the first 2 properties that were close to the office and then Jay actually drove me to the other two apartments. He even took the trouble to make small detours to show me the general area. Jay is a fantastic ambassador for Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents. 11/10 at least! Thank you Jay for going not just the extra mile, but the extra 10 miles. Extraordinarily excellent customer service and care.

GoogleTerrible service from Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents! Last year, I found a rental property through Rightmove and decided to go for it after a quick viewing. They demanded a non-refundable deposit of £500, stating that if my references didn't pass, I wouldn't get my money back. After submitting my details, they asked for more information about my rental history, which I couldn’t provide as I've lived at my current address for 10 years. A representative named Simon informed me that my references were not acceptable to the landlord. When I asked for a partial refund of £250, they bluntly refused, claiming the property was off the market, which was not true as it remained listed online. It's clear they use this tactic to collect deposits from multiple people without ever intending to rent out the property. I highly recommend avoiding Martyn Gerrard at all costs to save yourself from a similar experience.
