I’m very happy with Martyn Gerrard Crouch End, in particular Arzu and James. They quickly found the right person with a fair price to buy my house. I also was very impressed with James when he explained the sales process so easily to me. I really recommend them.

GoogleElla was a dream to deal with. Agents usually don't listen to the client's specifications and try to push properties above budget for example. However, Ella was attentive and never showed me a property that didn't match my criteria. She was also very patient and contactable. I haven't moved in over six years and so was quite rusty on the finer details of the process. Ella took the time to explain the process to me as many times as required. I would highly recommend Ella as an agent for your next move or search! GoogleMartin, Declan and Stewart were so effective and efficient on the marketing and sale of our property. They gave plenty of notice on viewings and provided extensive feedback. Martin and Declan were so professional and knowledgeable and also provided a large range of properties to view on a daily basis. Martin in particular found us a dream buyer for our property and also delivered on the asking price. I highly recommend using these guys because they are a team and know the area inside out. GoogleWe highly recommend Martyn Gerrard, Whetstone. They were always pleasant to deal with, very professional and genuinely caring. Declan and Martin conducted the viewings and gave us feedback and were always happy to talk to us. Before the initial viewings they visited our house to familiarise themselves with what it had to offer; thereby being in a good position to point out its qualities and answer buyers’ queries. Our sale wasn’t easy; there were a few bumps along the way, but Stewart guided the whole process to a successful sale. He kept in touch with us, our solicitor and the buyers’ solicitor and made what could have been a very stressful time a lot easier for us. We are delighted to recommend Stewart and his team in the Martyn Gerrard Whetstone office. If you’re selling your house and want a positive experience, they’re the ones to choose.
