I am in the process of completing on a property in Barnet that I purchased through Martyn Gerrard with the amazing help of Triston Allen! Triston has been very helpful from start and all the way throughout, going out of his way to arrange a number of viewings on the property, answer all my questions, and correspond between myself and the seller tirelessly to ensure we are both satisfied with the sale. I couldn't have asked for better assistance and I am very pleased to have come across this agency and Triston in specific. It has been a very smooth and efficient process for me as a first time buyer thanks to your hard work.

Martyn Gerrard's quality of service was to a very high standard from start to finish. Prior to my experience with Martyn Gerrard I had a terrible time with another estate agent and it resulted in me unfairly losing out on a property last-minute. So naturally I was very cautious when I began to embark on another bid for a new property, but from the very start I was met with upfront honesty and attentive service from Triston Allen & the branch manager Stewart Willerton. There were many hurdles along the way (which is as expected in these processes!) but it was great to have these guys support throughout and they made it as stress-free as it possibly could be. Stewart met all of my requests throughout the process too without question. I cannot recommend these guys enough, especially given my previous experiences with so-called ‘top’ estate agents. It was certainly a refreshing experience, and as far as my encounters go with this branch I can vouch for their claims that they are the top estate agent in North London.

I am currently in the process of looking for a mortgage and I made contact with the branch and Declan was the most helpful salesperson I have ever come across. He listened to my needs and desires and he also gave me sensible advice in regards to my deposit, types of homes etc. I have spoken to many agencies and the sales reps have been rude and inconsiderate and I was beginnning to give up my search until I met Declan. Wish I had instructed Stewart and the team at Martyn Gerrard to sell our flat! We unfortunately decided to instruct Hethringtons and the experience was incredibly disappointing. We wanted to change agents to Martyn Gerrard and Stewart was incredibly responsive and proactive. The process to engage with Martyn Gerrard was excellent, and their use of technology to take you through everything was clear and easy. Stewart also provided valuation letters for my mortgage within the hour, which was greatly appreciated. Just as we were about to change to Martyn Gerrard, we received two offers for sale through Hethringtons but they handled the process terribly, yet Stewart (who was not even our agent) regularly contacted me to ask how our transaction was proceeding. We made a big mistake not instructing Martyn Gerrard from the start and I have since recommended them. If we sell a property in the future, I would definitely want to work with them.
