TrustpilotTime and understanding
Declan was great in taking time to search and show us properties that were within our reach criteria. Although we found another property with another agent we would have no hesitation coming back should our needs or situation change. Thank you

GoogleAfter deciding to use Martyn Gerrard to buy my new house, I could not have been more happy. Declan Morgan was a great help throughout the whole process, showing the utmost professionalism and ensuring the procedure ran as smoothly as possible, as well as going the extra mile to find me my perfect home. I could not have had a better experience and without a doubt, would recommend their services.

TrustpilotDiligent, reasonable, responsive
The agent on our sale was Jatin Shah. His approach was professional from start to finish. He was patient with and responive to all our questions, which were manifold as we were first time buyers. He facilitated viewings of the property and gave us a proper chance to meet the sellers. He acted promptly to resolve issues which arose during the conveyancing process. His calm head helped keep all parties in the chain pulling in the right direction. We feel very fortunate to have found Jatin and would certainly commend him to prospective clients.

TrustpilotExcellent
We have worked closely with Amy Willerton as part of Martyn Gerrard's support of our local primary school. She is an absolute pleasure to work with: prompt, organised, kind and helpful, always happy to share her knowledge and ideas. We feel so lucky to have her as our main POC and she's an asset to the company. The rest of the team have also been so wonderful and their support for the local community is exceptional.

TrustpilotThey had not keeping their word on time…
They had not keeping their word on time to gave the property. Even they are not organised, they are respecting money rather than you as human. In the end gabbling the money for nothing. So upsetting to be treated like this.
Hi Hana, we have investigated further and believe you are the lady who wanted to rent a property through us in Finchley. As you know you weren't willing or able to provide the documentation we needed to progress the references, which meant the rental couldn't proceed.

TrustpilotDealing with Afina was a joy…
House buying and selling is always stressful but the experience was made so much nicer thanks to dealing with Afina. She was so giving with her time and was always available to ask questions. On the times Afina wasn’t there I dealt with other team members but I didn’t warm to their manner in the same way as Afina. Thank you for making the last 8 months of rollercoaster slightly more bearable and thankyou for you support. Katie

TrustpilotVery nice staff team
The company felt very easy to work with. Fast answers and great availability. Antony showed me around a few houses and gave me a very professional tour of everything.Whilst I know I can be a bit of a painful person to deal with, I was treated with respect and great attitude. Definitely an experience to remember, I would highly recommend this company.I would also like to say thanks to everyone who made what I thought to be a very challenging and difficult decision into a pleasant and fun experience.

TrustpilotKind and helpful agent
We visited two different properties offered to let by this agency and the agent who dealt with us was very kind, attentive and patient. We have had several negative experiences until now with other agencies, so it was really refreshing to have someone so helpful when viewing a property.During the viewing he guided us through the house and answered all of our questions with patience and care.I wish more agents were like him!

TrustpilotArzu was great!
Arzu was great! She is super responsive and friendly. She's really great at helping first time buyers who don't know the process, especially when chasing dodgy solicitors and was really on it throughout the whole purchase. Highly recommend!

TrustpilotExcellent experience
Zlatko and Jatin are the best estate agents I have come across in my search for a new home. They are very knowledgeable and polite people and have a great understanding of the market. They also know the value of the time and always willing to give that extra bit more to make their clients happy. I consider myself very lucky to have been dealing with those excellent professionals like Jatin and Zlatko.

GoogleI was very happy with the service I received from Declan and Stewart, as well as the sale price achieved for my flat sale in Whetstone. Declan went above and beyond to get people in to view around my schedule and the sale process was handled efficiently even with a relatively complicated foreign buyer. I think they did an excellent job in difficult circumstances.
