We just exchanged on our new home and so grateful to Martyn Gerrard in Finchley. Through out the whole process everyone has been helpful, lovely and professional. In particular, Fatmir was amazing! He was friendly, kind, helpful, kept us in mind and absolutely found our dream home for us. He’s been around to talk and answer all our questions and I can’t thank him enough.

Daniel has been absolutely wonderful in assisting me in my search for our new home. He did not try to be "the estate agent" or use the scare tactics so many letting agents use. Matthew and Christian came to my property to resolve a plumbing leak my neighbour had because the neighbour was unreachable. It was causing damage to my property over a 3 week period. Once I spoke to Matthew who was acting on behalf of the freeholder, he organised for himself , Christian and another colleague to attend and fix the issue. They were helpful, friendly and practical, turned up when they said ans did a great job I really appreciate it as was at a loose end knowing what to do. Thank you

Martyn Gerrard were instructed after failing to sell with another High Barnet agent despite being on the market for 5 months. The property subsequently went under offer with MG before it had even reached the open market! The sale took a lot longer than anticipated through no fault of the agent however, Bruvis went above and beyond to keep the sale on track continually keeping us updated on developments as well as preventing us from losing our new purchase, I cannot highly recommend Bruvis and his team in Barnet enough. Thank you once again.

Raj and the team did what they promised from the start. They held an open weekend for the sale of our mothers house immediately and within days they brought in a string of appointments for it which resulted in an offer. They not only helped us through negotiations but they had a list of contacts for clearance companies etc to make things easier. Myself and my family cannot speak more highly of them. They kept us in the loop at all times. Made a stressful situation stressfree - thanks guys

I have been renting from Martyn Gerrard for almost two years and i've just successfully completed the renewal of the contract for another 12 months. Thanks to Jessica, the renewal consultant, the process has been swift and set up in a way that required minimum input from my side. With equal efficiency Damla, the property manager, and Greg, the team's director, have been very helpful in resolving any issues with the property. I have no hesitation in recommending them as an efficient, helpful and reliable team.
