Last year, I unexpectedly had an issue with my tenant, which ended up lasting around 3 months. Not only was I extremely glad I listened to Martyn Gerrard's advice and took out landlord insurance, but more importantly, they handheld my case from start to finish. From dealing with solicitors, insurance groups and the tenants, they provided my with sound advice and guidance and led me through the tough times successfully. They provided clarity and the step by step process we needed to follow to resolve the issue. They resolved the situation for me and I was not left out of pocket at the end. It was a very stressful time for my family and im not sure I could have done this without them. A very special mention to Greg Tsuman, Andrew Eleftheriou and Paul Van Halle. As a result of Martyn Gerrard and especially these 3 individuals, I would not look at any other agent and will only continue to do business with them. Thank you!

Professional and smooth experience at Crouch End Branch

It had been a while since I last used an agent to find tenants for my flat in Crouch End and after having walked around the area reviewing all the Estate Agent Windows, Martyn Gerrard caught the eye hence I decided to walk in as a fact finding mission. I was introduced to Lettings manager Anthony Spittle who was very helpful in providing me with all the necessary information and answered my many questions. Shortly after, I signed up and the team at MG got to work in arranging the necessary photos, adverts etc, and the viewings began to roll in. I have just had what is probably my best Estate Agent experience yet with Martin Gerard in Crouch End. I popped in - without an appointment - to discuss my requirement in person & was met with a professional & friendly Agent - Usman. He listened to my specific rental requirement & instantly grasped why I wanted a particular kind of property & a nice, family orientated Landlord.We found my house on first go! And even though I don’t need to move for some months, the MG team discussed my requirement in detail with property owners & we seem to be an ideal match. Deal done & processed in 2 days.Overall, I dealt with three different personnel in the office. Anthony - Sales Manager, Usman & Claire from the Lettings Team. A great team.Anthony & I experienced a frightening accident on a street by the new property (on leaving my second viewing) where a young child had caught his hand in a Lime bike. I was impressed at Anthony’s swift action & kindness to the boy & his Grandmother. Again, a personal touch from clearly what is a great company, who know their market, understand their clientele from Landlord & Tenant perspective.Highly recommend!

Sophie Wilkins was most helpful in organising a relatively quick exchange of contracts, which was slightly unusual due to my new tenant currently living abroad.
