Being judges at our annual Talent show 🎤 (on a Friday night in a crowded school hall for three hours!). Supervising our bouncy castle at school fetes. Helping with promo.And the regular income we receive from our commitment to families having boards up has been a huge support to us in times of l financial constraints. The staff are polite, experienced, well informed and extremely hard working.The property game has seen quite a bit of turbulence in recent years, but Martyn Gerrard just keep on delivering a superb service.In particular, my most recent experience with Jess H and Suraj who are both managed by the consistently excellent Andrew E has been a pleasure.Suraj was outstanding in finding, vetting and securing quality tenants. Followed by Jess E who was patient and handled all issues with the utmost professionalism. She did a brilliant job in securing a contract renewal.I like using Martyn Gerrard because it is clear that they ensure that their staff are well trained and operate to the highest standards. Andre Waldron was great. We felt we were working with our friend rather than an estate agent. He patiently showed us a few houses, without pushing anything. When we found the house, he gave us some advice on how to place an offer that would be effective. When we thought everything was fine our buyer pulled out, but Andre managed to convince our seller not to put the house back in the market, giving us time to find another buyer. We were in a big chain, the process wasn't an easy one, but throughout it we were being informed of everything. We highly recommend Martyn Gerrard and Andre Waldron.
