Iv had the best experience as a first time buyer . Shervin was the person that I needed in the most stresfull time , and it is as you try to get on the property lader. Don’t trust Barnard Marcus in North branch First of all they will told you landlord has accepted your offer, now you have to pay our fees + rent deposit, which I did, 2nd You will told now they are sending for referencing, 3rd one day before moving date you will get email saying landlord has called off with personal circumstance, They have unprofessional staff, Never deal with Yasemin and Linas Bridickas, Even I told Yasemin I’m going away but she keep telling me not to worry you are in good-hands, we are very professional what we do, Now I can understand, yes they are very professional to make people homeless, Even I was asked by Yasemin, Can you please gave me 5 star review on google, which I did, But today I’m rewriting a review, Now I have to wait for my deposit and rent to be refunded at least 5 working days, Please never deal with Yasemin or Linas,

Can't give zero stars. Awful service. They were in charge of selling our flat, which they did (in theory) They have a dedicated team to chase the buyer to ensure all goes well. This specialist team failed to realise the "buyer" hadn't even instructed a solicitor. It took them 2 months to find this out! It makes you wonder what they were doing? Surely that's the first thing to check? More worryingly than their incompetence was their dishonest working practice. Once they had this "phantom buyer", they stopped marketing the property even when no solicitor was appointed. They lied to us to say there was no interest when we know very well they were telling people it was no longer available. Perhaps they were just being lazy but do you really want agents not looking out for your interests? A special mention goes to Shervin. He is everything you are wary about in an estate agent. Dishonest, smiley and just out to get your business. Honestly, don't use these guys as you will regret it.
