Can't give zero stars. Awful service. They were in charge of selling our flat, which they did (in theory) They have a dedicated team to chase the buyer to ensure all goes well. This specialist team failed to realise the "buyer" hadn't even instructed a solicitor. It took them 2 months to find this out! It makes you wonder what they were doing? Surely that's the first thing to check? More worryingly than their incompetence was their dishonest working practice. Once they had this "phantom buyer", they stopped marketing the property even when no solicitor was appointed. They lied to us to say there was no interest when we know very well they were telling people it was no longer available. Perhaps they were just being lazy but do you really want agents not looking out for your interests? A special mention goes to Shervin. He is everything you are wary about in an estate agent. Dishonest, smiley and just out to get your business. Honestly, don't use these guys as you will regret it.

Can't recommend more highly! Mark went above and beyond, even on parts of the purchase that shouldn't have been his responsibility. The solution to any problem came to be 'it's ok, Mark is in the office tomorrow'. Advertising properties not available to get data. They won't listen to your enquiry, they just want your details on their system. Spent 5 mins this morning going through it all to be told, the property you want isn't available. Then I said I don't want to be on their database and the salesperson refused to remove my information until I requested to speak with the manager. Please listen to the recording and train your team. When I asked about the property as my first sentence, why not say its not available then? Be upfront and honest with people, that's key.

Horrible experience since the very start. First, we've been told that the property will be ready, cleaned and prepared for us before moving in and it has not been prepared at all. Now, when we have the issue with draining system we've been told that the property is not managed by the agency but the landlord ? Even though my partner asked from the start, who is managing it, and they told us, it is done by them ? So, what's the true ? It's been over two months since the issue has been raised and the agancy didn't do anything with it. Liars, that's what I have to say about them. To people who are searching for agency ? Please, avoid !!!!
