We had arranged a viewing with this agency as we were genuinely interested in renting the property. We arrived at the agreed time, however no one attended the appointment. After calling the office, we were informed that the viewing would not be taking place. What made this particularly confusing was that the day before the viewing we had received an email asking us to sign a document relating to the holding deposit payment, which suggested that the process was moving forward as planned. Unfortunately, we were not informed in advance that the viewing had been cancelled. A simple email or phone call would have avoided an unnecessary journey and saved us considerable time. Overall, a disappointing experience due to the lack of communication.

I met Lucy and from the minute we spoke, she was friendly, positive, very communicative and HONEST.
