GoogleProfessional with excellent communication I couldn’t ask for a better service than what the team at Bernard Marcus provided specifically Vidas who was very helpful throughout the process. Communication with the team was so easy and prompt, questions were answered without hesitation and most of all, Vidas found us a fantastic apartment which ticked all the boxes for us. I couldn’t believe how easy the team made the whole process to be. To top it off, it’s in a fantastic location and lovely area. Thank you so much Vidas and Linas and keep up the good work!!! GoogleRoss Ashby from Barnard Marcus was extremely helpful to us throughout the mortgage process from start to finish. He's very knowledgeable, skilful, and transparent - making sure that the client has the full picture and can make an informed decision. The only thing was the recommendation of solicitors (Taylor Rose Peterborough) that turned out to be a bit of a nightmare. While Ross or Barnard Marcus are not responsible for the solicitors' subpar work, perhaps some more scrutiny into the firm before recommending would've been good.

GoogleI have recently sold a property through BM North Finchley, and my experience was better than I had expected. I’ve never used BM before so was unaware of how they worked, but from start to finish I found Shervin and the team to be totally professional. They exceeded my expectations as to what I thought my property would achieve, and from the day the property was listed, to me receiving an agreeable offer was less than 1 week. Dealing with Shervin filled me confidence that he would find me a buyer and get me a good price. I cannot recommend this team highly enough, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

GoogleThis is how any agency should be: Quick and efficient. Yesterday I applied to rent a house and five minutes later I was speaking to one of the agent's, Lucy. She was super nice and helpful. In no time we rent the house we wanted and we are happy to say that Lucy is not just the best estate agent, but also the most nicest person ever. GoogleSpecial Thanks to Ross Ashby !!!! Very on the ball, patient, and voice of reason. This was particularly helpful as a first time buyer with all sorts of obstacles facing me. Including rising interest rates, people pulling out. I faced it all and through it all Ross was very forthcoming, had a problem solving attitude and I eventually got my dream property. I could not be more pleased. I would 1000% recommend Barnard Marcus Estate Agent.

GoogleTHIS REVIEW IS FOR LUCY ERACLEOUS. I found myself in a very urgent situation and needed to find a suitable rental quickly. Spoke to many agents UNTIL eventually I saw a property I liked, made a call and was lucky enough to speak to Lucy. 20 minutes later I met her at the property and from that moment on there was a seamless 4 days of making sure I would be able to move in as soon as I needed. A few adjectives. to describe Lucy - REFRESHING, DEVOTED, PRECISE, RESPONSIVE, FRIENDLY, COMPASSIONATE, BLOODY BRILLIANT. What an asset to a company, if I was to employ someone to manage people I wouldn't even think twice. Lucy never forget what outstanding qualities you have. I used to work for British Airways Customer Service ( when it was GOLD) and have never met anyone outside of that world who came close to their high standards. Lucy, you just have it, genuinely the best customer experience I have experienced in my 55 years . You deserve to do well in life xx
