GoogleGreat service from the whole team especially Dara and Dom as nothing was too much trouble. Dara went above and beyond for us even on his days off and at night .The advice on our mortgage application and and house purchase( even though we were not buying the house through them) was second to none, would recommend to anyone wishing to purchase. can't thank them enough

GoogleAdvertising properties not available to get data. They won't listen to your enquiry, they just want your details on their system. Spent 5 mins this morning going through it all to be told, the property you want isn't available. Then I said I don't want to be on their database and the salesperson refused to remove my information until I requested to speak with the manager. Please listen to the recording and train your team. When I asked about the property as my first sentence, why not say its not available then? Be upfront and honest with people, that's key.

GoogleHorrible experience since the very start. First, we've been told that the property will be ready, cleaned and prepared for us before moving in and it has not been prepared at all. Now, when we have the issue with draining system we've been told that the property is not managed by the agency but the landlord ? Even though my partner asked from the start, who is managing it, and they told us, it is done by them ? So, what's the true ? It's been over two months since the issue has been raised and the agancy didn't do anything with it. Liars, that's what I have to say about them. To people who are searching for agency ? Please, avoid !!!!
