GoogleAwful quality of service. To say these guys are not doing anything would already be a praise for them. In fact they are trying to squeeze money from the owners for not returning anything back. Try to avoid by all means An update to my review. After I disagreed to remove it these guys just disappeared completely - not responding to email and literally doing nothing on the scope that was agreed. Well confirmed lowest mark and worst service.

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. The property is a new build which was completed towards the end of 2017. The property has numerous mechanical and engineering systems at the property which were all covered under warranty for the first year. The low budget for the first year took the warranties into consideration, however, once these warranties had expired after the first year at the property, maintenance contracts were required for all the systems including emergency call outs. Any year on year increases are as a result of increased costs from contractors who carry out the regular services at the property. Aldermartin Baines & Cuthbert are committed to carrying out regular due diligence for their clients to ensure that the best ongoing maintenance contracts are put in place. All the mechanical and Engineering systems at the property are regularly maintained and serviced at the property and the property is cleaned on a weekly basis

If I could give negative stars I would! Don’t waste your time and money with these people. Terrible experience a complete waste of time. They interviewed me twice and offered me a job after 11 months and because I took less than 48 hours tod exude they offered to someone else. They also stole and approached me directly without the rexruitment consultants attention. Breach of data protection. All they care about is money!
