GoogleAbsolutely terrible managing agents. Poor communication, inaccurate accounts and attempts to get money that isn't owed to name a few negatives. One star seems generous.

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. The property is a new build which was completed towards the end of 2017. The property has numerous mechanical and engineering systems at the property which were all covered under warranty for the first year. The low budget for the first year took the warranties into consideration, however, once these warranties had expired after the first year at the property, maintenance contracts were required for all the systems including emergency call outs. Any year on year increases are as a result of increased costs from contractors who carry out the regular services at the property. Aldermartin Baines & Cuthbert are committed to carrying out regular due diligence for their clients to ensure that the best ongoing maintenance contracts are put in place. All the mechanical and Engineering systems at the property are regularly maintained and serviced at the property and the property is cleaned on a weekly basis.

Very poor customer service. Not helpful at all and I found them quite rude when speaking to them by phone. A simple enquiry was too much for them to handle. Not a company you want to use as they just don’t seem to care about their customers.

We've received a very poor service from ABC in our block of flats and had to go to the FTT to remove them as managers. Likewise we've had to go to the FTT to dispute the service charges which were incredibly high and would increase year by year without limit.

Dear Ioannis, We received a call on the Out of Hours Emergency number on Saturday evening, advising us that there was a leak from your flat into the flat below. Even though you had opted out of the Out of Hours service as a cost saving exercise, the Block Manager tried to assist and called your mobile but got no response. Acting in good faith, the Block Manager gave your number to the lessee so they could liaise with you directly to stop the leak in a timely manner rather than have to wait till Monday morning when the office reopened. We apologise for any upset caused.
