I was liaising with Haart Letting Agent Manager Mr Taylor Davis @ Barkingside while I was in the process of purchasing my next buy to let property. Mr Taylor was very professional and after visiting the property emailed over details of what rent I may expect, what management fees / charges from using Haart's, suggested works required to get property on the market to maximise rent, How Haart's recommended contractors can assist me with the work if required etc... Mr Taylor successfully got my property Let within our agreed 4 weeks timeline and even managed the replacement of the property carpets . Great Letting service with responses with in a couple of hours every time. Also like to thank Alex Gower, Tony Hallett and Mithun Vagdia of Haart Estate Agents @ Barkingside in their excellent service and suggestions which enabled me to convince the vendor of the property to go with me and complete the purchase. Could not have done this without all of your help. Finally thank you to Junaid Aftab who assisted with a swift buy to let mortgage. I have to give 5 star's to both Estate / purchasing Agent and Letting agents of Haarts @ Barkingside Essex.

We bought a house through Barkingside Haart agents this month. Tony and Mithun are absolutely fantastic and both are highly professional. Tony and Mithun has been with us from the start of the process and have always helped us with finding the ideal house. Both made all effort to accommodate for viewing the houses. Both are polite and welcoming and very friendly, always responding quickly and being very helpful. I honestly didn't feel that they were trying to 'sell' us a property but support us like a family. Even though our completion is finished, we told them to keep on sending properties to sell so we can share this with friends and family who are also potentially interested. I cannot recommend Tony and Mithun more - you'll be in good hands! They are a true asset to Haart.

We used Alex of Haarts in Barkingside to sell my 90 year old parents bungalow. We had quite a lot of interest in the bungalow and some good offers.
